So here’s how to make a gorgeous, brand new Christmas Tree from the remains of an older wardrobe.
If you’ve never had a Christmas Tree before, or just want to take a break from all the hard work, you can buy a Christmas gift for yourself for just £5.
It’s not for the faint of heart, but there’s a lot of fun to be had making this DIY tree.
You’ll need:A wardrobe you can use as a stand-alone treeA light source to create the treeA wood glue (I used 2.5 grams of the strongest brand available)The best wood glue for this project is a brand called A-Frame which I think will last a lifetime.
You can buy it online or find it at most craft stores.
Put a little bit of glue in a bowl and place a large piece of wood on top of it.
Then, carefully put the rest of the wood into the bowl and carefully tie it off with a string or ribbon.
Put the wooden Christmas tree into the freezer and freeze it for 24 hours.
Remove the frozen Christmas tree and the wood glue will form a new tree.
