How to find an affordable Japanese restaurant in the US
- by admin
The Japanese food scene is changing in the west.
There’s been a boom in new Japanese restaurants opening up in the last few years, and a growing number of restaurants are aiming to offer authentic Japanese cuisine and offer a more casual dining experience.
The biggest ones to pop up in 2017 include one in the Midwest that’s opening up this month in the town of Chicago.
A new Japanese restaurant called Yamaku in Chicago, Illinois has been popping up all over the US, from New York to San Francisco, and the local chain has been able to take advantage of the new wave of Japanese restaurants by expanding to a bigger space in New Jersey.
We sat down with co-owner Tomomi Yamaku to find out how her company has been expanding to more spaces in the city.
Yamaku also opened up a restaurant in New York City in 2017.
New York City is home to some of the most beautiful restaurants in the world.
And the Yamaku team has taken advantage of that with a new location on 42nd Street.
We were able to sit down with the owner to learn more about her company and how it’s been able the past year to find a space in the heart of the city where it can be open 24 hours a day.
